my only advise could be: practising, a lot.. in my third year of high school I wasn't very busy with school, so I had time to draw almost every day. If you do so you'll see that your work improves every drawing. I can see you know how to draw, have you ever tried realistic drawings?
I'm still drawing, but it's drawings for people that send me a photo, and it's not suitable to put them on the internet.
